CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 250(O&G) An Act establishing a                           
North Slope Gas Commercialization Team to develop                              
recommendations regarding a North Slope gas project; and providing             
for an effective date was read the second time.                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.
